The new Hook stand-up-paddle is a model configured to be robust to ensure safe learning.
Featuring an innovative technology called Drop Stitch Thermo Twin Skin, Coasto's new SUP has unparalleled strength with a composition that is much more environmentally friendly than a traditional paddle. Coasto has eliminated the use of glue in the assembly of the PVC layers thanks to a new system that fuses them together with heat for a board that is up to 30% lighter than a standard model.
Its dimensions (7’5'' x 26’’ x 4'') give it stability and manoeuvrability which makes it easier to learn this new sport. The model comes with a wheeled bag with two elastic bands for loading and two additional compartments to store your belongings. The Coasto paddle has a maximum load of 70 kg and is recommended for children looking for a reliable and versatile board.
Boards built with two PVC layers are much stiffer and more durable than single layer entry-line boards. They however produce a heavier board on which some esthetical imperfections might occur. This is how Thermo Twin Skin TTS ® Technology was born.
A revolution in the stand-up-paddle market. A unique technology consisting of thermal fusion. The two layers of PVC are no longer bonded. They are now thermo-welded, meaning that heat is used instead of glue.
An important quantity of heavy glue is needed to cover the surface of a paddle board. By removing the glue, boards are 20 to 25% lighter!
Gluing the two layers can cause some visual imperfections, such as bubbles, pleats or blemishes, when glue is not well spread. Boards built with TTS ® are smoother and have perfect finishes.
In the long run, these same imperfections can lead to peeling. Avoiding glue offers a more qualitative board for many years.
Welding the two PVC layers at the early stage of the conception offers a super-stiff surface for greater floatability and rigidity.

The bag is easily transportable thanks to its wheels and has a foam reinforcement on the back to allow you to carry your sup with maximum comfort and without strain. The model has two additional compartments on the outside of the bag to store your belongings.
Quality is in every detail of the Coasto SUP pack. The manual pump supplied is double action to inflate your board even faster.
The paddle is designed in composite with adjustable shaft length and anti-swivel locking system to allow the paddler to optimize his posture.
The "slide in" fin on these boards slides into its notch with a simple push of the hand and is just as easily removed, without compromising its hold during use.
A thermoplastic TPU spiral cord with swivelling stainless steel fixation point on the paddleboard and a strap with spunge finishes secure the rider to the board.
Always there for there rider even in hard times, the complete repair kit comprises a waterproof insert easy to clip at one of the SUP's d-rings.
The new D-ring at the front of the paddle has a camera mount.
With the 2-in-1 central handle, you can carry your SUP by yourself with ease. It can also be used to attach a paddle or bottle.
With its great manoeuvrability, the board has a removable fin to keep it on course and limit fatigue and drift during acceleration and direction changes.
To extend the paddling experience, this model has an adjustable loading strap at the front of the board to attach a waterproof bag and more.
To travel long distances with maximum comfort, the board is fitted with 4 rings evenly distributed where to install a kayak seat.
