Long-lasting peace of mind

The JET PRO heat pump is NF certified, guaranteeing the device's energy performance, compliance with efficiency thresholds, and sound level requirements, as well as superior quality. It also comes with an exceptional warranty: 5 years on all parts, 7 years on the compressor, and 15 years on the titanium coil.

Full Inverter Technology for Greater Energy Savings

Maximum comfort and energy savings

Full Inverter technology represents a significant advancement for heat pumps by providing variable and intelligent operation. Unlike traditional ON/OFF systems, which alternate between stopping and running at full power, a Full Inverter heat pump constantly adjusts the compressor and fan speed. This reduces frequent restarting, maintaining a more stable and efficient temperature.

The soft start of the compressor and automatic power adjustment for quick heating are major advantages. Once the target temperature is reached, the pump runs at reduced power, optimizing energy consumption. This mode results in approximately 35% energy savings compared to ON/OFF models, making it an eco-friendly choice for pool heating.

Combining FULL INVERTER technology with optimized design, the POOLEX JET PRO achieves an excellent SCOP A rating validated by an independent laboratory.

Optimal Acoustic Comfort

As quiet as a whisper

The POOLEX JET PRO has been designed to offer users an optimal experience in terms of comfort. Thanks to its curved blades which are 30% larger than the market average and its ultra-ergonomic construction, the heat pump’s noise level is reduced to the minimum, providing exceptionally quiet operation tested at 36 dB in boost mode.

The JET PRO offers 3 operating modes depending on your needs: a "BOOST" mode to save heating time, an "ECO" mode to optimize energy consumption and thus control your electricity costs, and the "Intelligent / Silent" mode to optimize water temperature while ensuring quiet operation.

Zero Carbon Goal

As part of its eco-responsible commitment, this next-generation heat pump is designed to provide sustainable, ecological heating while minimizing its environmental impact. Its structure and packaging are made from recycled plastic and recyclable materials, reducing its carbon footprint from manufacturing to delivery.

In addition to its TÜV Zero Carbon certification, which guarantees its low environmental impact, this heat pump meets the strictest durability standards. Our production plant is SGS Carbon Neutral certified, ensuring manufacturing based exclusively on green energy sources and aiming for zero carbon emissions. This commitment to renewable energy reflects our goal to offer responsible heating solutions, ideal for users looking to reduce their ecological footprint while maintaining comfort.

A Connected and Intelligent Heat Pump

Your JET PRO heat pump can be directly connected to your Wi-Fi and fully controlled remotely via the POOLEX app. Access your control panel directly from your smartphone to adjust settings like your desired water temperature, or automate heating sessions for greater energy savings. The app also allows you to receive notifications and alerts about your heat pump.

Cloud Ready - Remote Configuration and Diagnostics

We answer your questions

The COP (Coefficient of Performance) of a swimming pool heat pump indicates its energy efficiency by measuring the ratio between the heat produced and the electricity consumed. For example, a COP of 5 means that for every kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity used, the pump generates 5 kWh of heat.

The COP 15/26 and COP 26/26 values correspond to the heat pump's test conditions:

  • COP 15/26 means the COP is measured with an air temperature of 15°C and pool water at 26°C.
  • COP 26/26 indicates a COP measured with an air temperature of 26°C and pool water also at 26°C.

In general, the COP will be higher in warm weather (COP 26/26) than in cooler weather (COP 15/26), because the heat pump works less to heat the water. These values help users compare the performance of the heat pump under different climatic conditions and choose the model best suited to their needs.

A good Coefficient of Performance (COP) for a heat pump is generally between 4 and 7 under standard test conditions, meaning it produces between 4 and 7 kWh of heat for every kWh of electricity consumed. The higher the COP, the more efficient the pump is, allowing you to heat the pool more economically.

Generally, a COP of 5 or more is considered very efficient for a swimming pool heat pump. However, this COP can vary depending on climatic conditions and water temperature. For example:

  • In 15/26°C conditions (air/water), a good COP is around 4 or more.
  • In 26/26°C conditions, it can reach 6 or 7, or even higher for very high-performance models.

A high COP is ideal for minimizing energy costs, but it's important to check the conditions under which it was measured to ensure real efficiency in the specific climate and temperatures of the pool.

The SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) of a heat pump measures its energy efficiency over an entire season, taking into account temperature variations and heating needs over time. Unlike the COP, which is a point-in-time indicator based on specific conditions, SCOP provides a more realistic estimate of the heat pump's performance over an extended period.

A high SCOP means the heat pump operates efficiently, even considering seasonal temperature fluctuations. It is a useful indicator for estimating energy costs and savings over the entire swimming pool heating season. For a swimming pool heat pump, SCOP can vary depending on the climate conditions of the region, insulation level, and use of thermal covers.

At POOLEX, our JET heat pumps (Jet Pro, Jet Max, and Jet City) as well as our Vertigo range all have SCOP values higher than 7, the maximum rating.
