Full Inverter Technology for More Energy Savings

Maximum comfort and energy savings

Full Inverter technology represents a significant advancement for heat pumps, offering a smart and modular management of their operation. Unlike traditional ON/OFF systems, which shift from rest to maximum power, a Full Inverter heat pump continuously adjusts the compressor and fan speed. This process eliminates frequent restarts, ensuring a more stable and efficient temperature regulation.

Thanks to the gradual startup of the compressor and automatic power adjustment for faster heating, this system offers notable advantages. Once the set temperature is reached, the pump reduces its power, optimizing energy consumption. This mode of operation allows for an energy savings of about 35% compared to ON/OFF models, making it an eco-friendly choice for heating your pool.

By integrating FULL INVERTER technology into an optimized design, the POOLEX JET MAX achieves an excellent SCOP A rating of 8.5, validated by an independent laboratory.

Optimal Acoustic Comfort

As quiet as a whisper

The POOLEX JET Max has been designed to provide users with superior comfort. Thanks to its 30% larger curved blades compared to standard models, and its highly ergonomic design, the operating noise of the pump is minimized, making the device ultra-quiet with a measured noise level of 38 dB in boost mode.

The JET Max offers three operating modes to suit every need: the "BOOST" mode for fast heating, the "ECO" mode to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs, and the "Intelligent/Silent" mode for silent operation while efficiently adjusting the water temperature.

All-Season Absolute Power

Adapted for all regions, the JET MAX heat pump operates within a range of -20°C to 43°C, allowing you to use your pool and enjoy an optimal swimming experience all year round, anywhere in Europe.

The JET MAX is also equipped with an LED indicator for easy reading of the pump’s operating status while adding a touch of design and modernity to the already well-designed heat pump. An additional portable digital display (available as an option) with protection and LED indicator also provides additional ease of use.

A Connected and Smart Heat Pump

The JET Max heat pump connects directly to your Wi-Fi and can be fully controlled remotely via the POOLEX app. Access all the settings of your pump on your smartphone, adjusting parameters such as water temperature or scheduling heating sessions to save energy. You will also receive notifications and alerts for optimal equipment monitoring.

Cloud Ready – Remote Configuration and Diagnostics

Additionally, the JET Max is Cloud Ready, allowing, with your permission, the transmission of information for precise monitoring in case of maintenance or failure with service reminders, as well as remote software updates. This POOLEX cloud connection also provides optimization tips for improved use.

The pump is also compatible with the ESS (Energy Storage System), making it easier to integrate with solar panel installations.

We answer your questions

The COP (Coefficient of Performance) of a pool heat pump indicates its energy efficiency by measuring the ratio between the heat produced and the electricity consumed. For example, a COP of 5 means that for every kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity used, the pump generates 5 kWh of heat.

COP 15/26 and COP 26/26 correspond to the test conditions of the heat pump:

  • COP 15/26 means the COP is measured with an air temperature of 15°C and pool water at 26°C.
  • COP 26/26 indicates a COP measured with an air temperature of 26°C and pool water also at 26°C.

Generally, the COP will be higher in warm weather (COP 26/26) than in cooler weather (COP 15/26), as the heat pump works less to heat the water. These values allow users to compare the performance of the heat pump under different climatic conditions and choose the model best suited to their needs.

A good coefficient of performance (COP) for a heat pump generally ranges between 4 and 7 under standard test conditions, meaning it produces between 4 and 7 kWh of heat for every kWh of electricity consumed. The higher the COP, the more efficient the pump, which allows for more economical pool heating.

Generally, a COP of 5 or higher is considered very efficient for a pool heat pump. However, this COP varies depending on climatic conditions and water temperature. For example:

  • In 15/26°C conditions (air/water), a good COP is around 4 or more.
  • In 26/26°C conditions, it can reach 6 or 7, or even higher for very high-performing models.

A high COP is ideal to minimize energy costs, but it’s important to check the conditions in which it was measured to ensure real efficiency in the climate and temperatures specific to the pool.

The SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) of a heat pump measures its energy efficiency over an entire season, taking into account temperature variations and heating needs over time. Unlike the COP, which is a single-point indicator based on specific conditions, the SCOP gives a more realistic estimate of the heat pump’s performance over an extended period.

A high SCOP means that the heat pump operates efficiently, even considering seasonal temperature fluctuations. It is a useful indicator to estimate energy costs and potential savings over the entire swimming pool heating season. For a pool heat pump, the SCOP can vary depending on the region's climate conditions, the level of insulation, and the use of thermal covers.

At POOLEX, our JET heat pumps (Jet Pro, Jet Max, and Jet City) as well as our Vertigo range all have a SCOP higher than 7, which is the maximum rating.
