The Powerful Compact Solution
The JET CITY is the ideal mini heat pump for swimming year-round, even in the harshest temperatures. Designed for pools up to 45m³, it offers performance comparable to larger models while being ultra-silent and compact.
Long-lasting Peace of Mind
Thanks to its high-quality construction, the JET CITY heat pump offers an extended warranty: 5 years for all components, 7 years for the compressor, and 15 years for the titanium coil. This exceptional coverage ensures optimal peace of mind for users.
Maximum Comfort and Energy Savings
The Full Inverter technology is a major advancement for heat pumps, enabling intelligent and adjustable operation. Unlike traditional ON/OFF systems, which alternate between idle and full power, a Full Inverter heat pump continuously adjusts the compressor and fan speed, eliminating frequent restarts for more stable and efficient temperature regulation.
With a gradual start and automatic power adjustment for quick heating, this system provides significant benefits. Once the target temperature is reached, the pump reduces its power, optimizing energy consumption. This approach allows approximately 35% energy savings compared to ON/OFF models, making it an eco-friendly solution for heating your pool.
With integrated FULL INVERTER and EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology, the POOLEX JET CITY achieves an impressive SCOP A rating of 7, as confirmed by SGS Laboratory.
Ultra Silent and Compact
The POOLEX JET CITY heat pump is specially designed to provide users with exceptional comfort that meets the highest expectations. Optimized for ergonomics, it offers an outstanding user experience, significantly reducing noise levels during operation. With advanced components and technologies, the JET CITY's sound level is extremely low: measured at only 28 dB, making it nearly imperceptible, even during extended use periods.
This ultra-silent heat pump allows you to fully enjoy your space without noise disturbances, making it ideal for pools near living spaces or residential areas. With its modern and discreet design, the POOLEX JET CITY combines energy efficiency with acoustic comfort, providing a high-performing and harmonious solution for pool heating.
Suitable for all regions, the JET CITY heat pump operates within a range of -25°C to 43°C, allowing for optimal swimming experiences year-round, across Europe.
The EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) Technology enhances the energy efficiency of water heat pump systems by injecting additional vapor into the compressor at low ambient temperatures. This technology ensures pump efficiency down to -10°C and an increased heating capacity.
The JET CITY heat pump also features a reversible function, ensuring ideal water temperatures even during heatwaves.
The JET CITY heat pump connects directly to your Wi-Fi and is fully controllable remotely via the POOLEX app. Access all your pump settings on your smartphone, adjusting parameters like water temperature or scheduling heating sessions to save energy. You’ll also receive notifications and alerts for optimal equipment monitoring.
Cloud Ready – Remote Configuration and Diagnostics
In addition, the JET CITY is Cloud Ready, allowing, with your authorization, information sharing for accurate monitoring in case of maintenance or breakdown, with service reminders and remote software updates. This POOLEX cloud connection also provides optimization tips for enhanced usage.
The pump is also compatible with the ESS (Energy Storage System), facilitating integration with solar panel installations.

The COP (Coefficient of Performance) of a pool heat pump indicates its energy efficiency by measuring the ratio between the heat produced and the electricity consumed. For example, a COP of 5 means that for every kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity used, the pump generates 5 kWh of heat.
COP 15/26 and COP 26/26 correspond to the testing conditions of the heat pump:
Generally, the COP will be higher in warm weather (COP 26/26) than in cooler weather (COP 15/26), as the heat pump works less to heat the water. These values allow users to compare the performance of the heat pump under different climatic conditions and choose the model best suited to their needs.
A good coefficient of performance (COP) for a heat pump generally ranges between 4 and 7 under standard testing conditions, meaning it produces between 4 and 7 kWh of heat for each kWh of electricity consumed. The higher the COP, the more efficient the pump, allowing for more cost-effective pool heating.
In general, a COP of 5 or higher is considered highly efficient for a pool heat pump. However, this COP can vary depending on climate conditions and water temperature. For example:
A high COP is ideal for minimizing energy costs, but it’s important to check the conditions under which it was measured to ensure its real efficiency in the specific climate and temperatures of the pool.
The SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) of a heat pump measures its energy efficiency over an entire season, taking into account temperature variations and heating needs over time. Unlike COP, which is a snapshot indicator based on specific conditions, SCOP gives a more realistic estimate of the heat pump’s performance over a prolonged period.
A high SCOP means that the heat pump works efficiently, even considering seasonal temperature fluctuations. It’s a useful indicator for estimating energy costs and potential savings over the entire swimming pool heating season. For a pool heat pump, SCOP can vary depending on the regional climate conditions, the level of insulation, and the use of thermal covers.
At POOLEX, our JET heat pumps (Jet Pro, Jet Max, and Jet City) as well as our Vertigo range all have SCOPs greater than 7, which is the highest rating.
